TDA Multimedia, the organizers of one of Nigeria’s most consistent youths and students awards platform- the All Youths Tush Awards (AYTA) – has released the Categories of nominations for the 9th successive edition of the event which has been fixed for Saturday, December 9, 2017 somewhere in Lagos to be revealed soon. The categories can be found on its IG and Facebook Social Media Profiles (@TushAwards).
According to a statement released by the Project Director, Engr. Oyedayo Oyeniran, the release of the categories for this year’s edition which is a yearly practice signifies the start of activities for the 9th successive edition. It includes 21 Youths and Celebrities categories, 14 Student Categories and 5 Role Model Award Categories.
The statement further revealed the date for the start of nominations which will be live on its website www.tushawards.com/nominate and scheduled to start Sunday, August 27, 2017. This is planned to run for 3 weeks and end Saturday, September 16, 2017.
Plans is ongoing to kick start the 15 Tertiary Institutions Campus Storm which will see the team visit selected tertiary institutions across the regions in the country in a period of two (2) months with prospective sponsors.
Also announced are the details of the six (6) regional coordinators who would work with the Central Operations Team to achieve a total regional capture in its timeline of activities.

The youth targeted company also announced that due to popular demand by majority of fans and clients all over the world who loves their consistency and the value they are adding to citizens and by extension, Nigeria at large, they are opening a platform for such people to donate towards the execution of the yearly event which has become a constant for eight successive years.

According to the Project Director, Engr. Oyedayo A. Oyeniran, this is needed to better spread out the objectives of the event and also achieve a wider reach of affecting more lives positively, encouraging more youths to be a positive asset of the country, and further develop a confidence of being a Nigerian. The fund would be managed by a respected Fund Manager Company and would be used solely for the under listed:
- Organize the yearly All Youths Awards rewarding the Best Brain, Most Outstanding Student of the Year, Student Innovator of the Year, Next Rated Act (Music), Next Rated Act (Movie) and The Next Rated Act (Comedy) Categories with cash prizes.
- Embark on Campus Storm across the regions of the country preaching the cause for the year.
- Support 5 Student Entrepreneurs yearly with varying amount drawn from its proceeds to kick start their various ideas in a competition to be announced soon.
The cause for this year’s edition is “Together, we can DO MORE” while the theme is “Invest Wisely, Invest Early”.
The people under review who are fit to be nominated for the All Youths Tush Awards are youths who have been active in the past 12 months adding value to the society and who are less than 35 years old.
